Australian Partner/Spouse Visa
If your partner is an Australian permanent resident or Australian citizen, you may be eligible for a partner visa to allow you to relocate to Australia.

Evidence of your relationship is required for each of the above applications. The documents required will depend on your circumstances and the type of visa you wish to apply for.
The partner visa applications are made up of two parts, the sponsorship and the visa application. Your partner (Australian permanent resident/Australia citizen) will be your sponsor. They must agree to provide all help and advice required by you, such as financial assistance, accommodation and general information to help you settle into your new life.
Health and character requirements must also be met.
The fees for the partner visa (when applying from outside Australia) are:
$96.00 USD initial registration fee
$1995.00 AUD government fee
$1,509.00 USD + VAT administration fee (payable in two parts)
Additional costs apply if your application is submitted from inside Australia.

Should you wish to proceed with an application for a partner visa, we require you to register with our company. You will then be emailed an application pack including all relevant forms and check list of requirement documents. Registration can be completed either by telephone or online.
